While examining online applications of NGOs, the following common mistakes/errors have been observed: 1. zero project cost has been reflected in the project information proforma, zero admn cost and zero development cost. 2. donor funds commitment letters of many NGOs have expired 3. Different project costs have been reflected in foreign funds commitment letters and annual plan of action, basic information proforma. Such applications have been returned on the portal. only those applications will be processed where the documents are correct and figures correctly reflected. NGOs are further advised to check their mail for updates on the projects. Thank You.
